**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients and employees.
- Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services.
- Plan and organize corporate travel, including meetings, conferences, and events.
- Monitor travel budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Resolve travel-related issues and provide high-quality customer service.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new travel technologies.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in travel management or a similar role (3-5 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
