JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment transactions
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review
• Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets with precision
• Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Organize and file financial documents and records for easy access and retrieval
• Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
Reequipments:
• Relevant Accounting qualification in Finance/Accounting
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for those who have worked in the trading business or a related industry
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standard
